Disclaimer: At Nymbala Chocolatier, we proudly use 100% oil-free chocolate bases, crafted exclusively with 100% couverture chocolate. We do not use compound chocolate or added vegetable fats in our chocolate shell or base. However, certain flavour variants may include branded or specialty inclusions or authentic recipe formulations that naturally contain vegetable oils as part of their original formulation. For example, products such as Biscoff or Nutella, inherently contain vegetable oils as per the manufacturer’s recipe. In such cases, while our chocolate covering remains pure couverture, we are unable to alter the original composition of these inclusions.
Similarly, when choosing sugar free chocolate base, the variant chosen might contain sugar.
