• Suitable Temperature: 16C-20C with humidity less than 50%

• Keep Away from direct sunlight and water

• Exposure to heat and moisture may cause white or grey marks or texture loss ( loss of shine and snap) as a result of fat bloom and sugar bloom- this does not mean that the chocolate has gone bad. It can be consumed

• Keep away from strong smells as pure chocolates absorb odours which alter the flavour

• Refrigerate if required or put in a cool air conditioned room
